Why I Chose a Career in Wine:
|
I was a manager at a very nice restaurant. A gentleman brought in several bottles of DRC Romani Conti 59 and 90, which he asked me to serve to the table. The wines were amazing, and I saw first-hand how wine can enhance a customer's culinary experience. I decided then to dedicate my career to the wine industry.
